The Westminster Soccer Association is a member of Maryland State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) and USA Soccer, and is located in the central Maryland area of Carroll County, Maryland. WSA offers recreational, travel club and academy soccer training and league programs for children from ages 5-18 and grades Kindergarten thru 12th (K-12), including elementary school soccer, middle school soccer, and high school. Westminster Soccer Association serves the areas of Carroll County, MD including the communities of Westminster, Hampstead, Manchester, Mount Airy, New Windsor, Sykesville, Taneytown, Union Bridge, Eldersburg, Finksburg, North Carroll, South Carroll, Central Carroll, Woodbine, Carrollton, Detour, Gaither, Gamber, Greenmount, Henryton, Keymar, Lineboro, Linwood, Lisbon, Marriottsville, Middleburg, Millers, New Windsor, Patapsco, Union Bridge, Woodstock, Plesant Valley, Mayberry, Frizzleburg and more including all areas in the 21157, 21784, 21771, 21158, 21074, 21787, 21797, 21048, 21102, 21104, 21791, 21776, 21155, 21757, 21088 zip codes. Westminster Soccer also welcomes players from the Baltimore County communities of Reisterstown, Hereford, Owings Mills, Greenspring, Boring, Arcadia, Garrison, Pikesville, Randallstown, Butler, Glyndon, Upperco, and more, as well players from Howard County, Maryland communities such as Mount Airy, Columbia, Ellicott City, and more. WSA teams compete for fun or in competitive leagues including Central Maryland Soccer Association (CMSA) and Eastern Development Program (EDP), with playing graduating to play for local high schools including Westminster, South Carroll, North Carroll, Winters Mill, Liberty, Century, Francis Scott Key, Manchester Valley, Gerstell Academy, Calvert Hall and more, as well as playing in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).
